What materials do you use?

Acrylic – 5mm high gloss clear material (can be printed as full colour, part colour or clear).

Forex – 5mm matte white board (can be printed as full colour, part colour, or with a white background).

Card – 350gsm (gsm stands for ‘grams per square metre’ - this weight is used for quality greetings cards, or business cards).

Poster paper - this is a glossy rollable paper, so not suitable for use on an easel, unless you frame it or back it onto some sort of board.

How quickly will I receive my order?

This depends on the material. For forex and acrylic, the lead time is up to 4 weeks, but dispatch averages around 2 weeks. We print orders in bulk, so it all depends on when you order and where we are in our print run.

For card and poster paper prints, orders are usually dispatched 3-5 working days after approving your order.

Many non-personalised home and gift products can be dispatched in 1-2 working days.

If you would like a more specific dispatch time for your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to confirm for you.

I’ve ordered a personalised item - can I see it before it’s printed?

Yes! We’ll require your approval before we can even think about printing, so please keep an eye on your inbox for the proof (remember to check your junk/spam folder too).

Can you print my logo?

In most cases, yes, but it depends on the logo files you can provide. Email everything you have to hello@ecreativestudio.co.uk and we’ll be happy to review and confirm before you order.

Can I choose a different design if I can’t see anything that suits my preferences?

Yes of course - we specialise in bespoke design. Just get in touch to outline what you’d like and we’d be delighted to discuss options and ideas with you.

I love the design you’ve created for my business. Can I use it as my logo?

You can only use the design as your logo if you buy the rights - we offer a logo upgrade on our designs which provides you with all the high-resolution files you might need. If you decide not to opt for the upgrade, we retain the design rights so you won’t be able to reproduce it offline or online.

How far in advance do I need to order wedding signage?

Please contact us no later than 6 weeks before your wedding, and we’ll be able to confirm accurate timescales based on current workload.

Sometimes we can print super fast, sometimes it can take longer, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we can confirm for certain.
